Commonly used in the packaging industry for food or other shrink wrapped product the machine constructs plastic bags using a flat roll of plastic fill whilst simultaneosly wrapping the produce as it typically moves along a conveyor belt.  When the required packaging size is met (IE the product covered with film) the film is pulled around the ouside of the tube and a horizontal heat sealing bar clamps down bonding the packaging by melting the edges together.  The result is a sealed package that is tamper proof and ready to deliver to other areas of the factory for labelling or further packaging. 

The good news with our machinery is that it can be adapted to practically any requirement.  A combination of conveyors can be placed end to end with products weighed and inflated with air (as in the packaging of Crisps) to reduce oxygen content slowing down the growth of bacteria that may ultimately spoil the product.
